FALL HARVEST 5K/10K RACE REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
HUNTERSVILLE, NC – Registration is underway for the annual Fall Harvest 5K, 10K and Kids’ Fun Run, scheduled for November 8, 2008 at Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics (HFFA). HFFA INTRODUCES ZUMBA! FOR KIDS
The popularity of Zumba! cardio fitness classes keeps growing at HFFA. In addition to its popular Zumba! classes for adults, HFFA is now offering Zumba! for Kids – a program designed specifically for children. The classes mix dance and fitness moves with the exciting rhythms of international music to create an upbeat and fun workout.
