I have been teaching group exercise for over 14 years and I especially enjoy teaching spin class. I love the music, the energy, the sweat and the adrenaline rush that participants experience during a class. It doesn’t matter what your age or fitness level is; spin class can benefit the beginner to your expert cyclist by torching calories, building muscle and cardiovascular strength.

Kids Zumba is really my passion because it allows me to instill a love for music, dance, moving, and fun in the kids that come to class.

I design classes with a focus for balance, flexibility, strength and cardio. I see a lot of people in water with back, knee, shoulder, and hip issues.  My goal is to use strength to balance joints to the weak muscles and stretch to lengthen tight muscles.  Each workout is designed to help you make improvements.  To do so involves listening to your body, and modify in small steps.  Miracles happen not by big steps but by daily concerted effort. It’s a lot of little changes.
