I love using my energy to cheer my class on and help others push their limits. I really enjoy seeing new and familiar faces coming to my classes. It makes me so happy to see members grow and change and I love to give the recognition they deserve.
Teaching yoga is an outlet for me to share my quest for a greater life. Yoga is about strengthening mind, body, and spirit and when we join with others in this pursuit it grows our community. Every individual accomplishment and success becomes a part of the whole, and I am honored to be a part of that.
I love seeing people get excited about working out. Fitness should be fun and it is my job to make it fun! Seeing people get excited and stay excited about their fitness journey is my ultimate goal.
Teaching Pilates has always been a love of mine! It is amazing helping others find strength and flexibility in their bodies, especially when they thought they never could.
I have been teaching group exercise for over 14 years and I especially enjoy teaching spin class. I love the music, the energy, the sweat and the adrenaline rush that participants experience during a class. It doesn’t matter what your age or fitness level is; spin class can benefit the beginner to your expert cyclist by torching calories, building muscle and cardiovascular strength.
HFFA is where I developed my love of Pilates, and I am so happy to share this through teaching. It is rewarding to guide members through exercises that strengthens the entire body, and help them see the countless benefits that Pilates has on both the body and mind.
Watching my students grow and progress in their yoga practice inspires me and brings me back to my mat again and again.
Cycle classes provide a grueling cardio workout while keeping the impact on the body minimal. I enjoy coaching all ages and fitness levels to push past their limits and love watching participants faces as new goals are achieved.
My main focus is to make fitness fun and attainable for all! I started training and teaching in 2006 then graduated from VCU in 2008 with an Exercise Science degree. I love teaching classes and look forward to sharing this energy and experience with you!
Teaching yoga is about giving to those who desire an inner peace amongst mind, body and spirit. We are designed at the center of our very being to receive what is needed to breathe freely in our own lives and thus creating space to give away this gift freely to others. Fulfillment lies within; I simply help guide those desiring to find it and for that reason I am honored to teach.
I love teaching yoga because yoga is all about healing. Healing the body and mind through breath and movement. I always leave yoga feeling better than when I went in, whether I’m teaching or practicing and that is the gift I want to give to all who come to my class.
I love teaching Tai Chi because there are many benefits to Tai Chi that makes assisting people along their health and wellness journey an amazing experience.
As a lifelong athlete and motivator, I believe exercise to be an integral part of a person’s wellbeing. I am committed to helping members reach their fitness goals through exercise, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. Making a difference and having that type of impact on someone’s life is powerful. I look forward to each class with anticipation that anything I do or say can help someone reach their goals.
I love to teach Zumba because the music lets me be free! I love seeing the people in my classes smiling, moving and having a great time. I love that I am able to help people get stronger and healthier while having fun.
Kids Zumba is really my passion because it allows me to instill a love for music, dance, moving, and fun in the kids that come to class.
I love HFFA Strong for multiple reasons, but my favorite part is seeing the look on someone’s face when they “get” how a move or exercise is supposed to feel when done correctly.
All I ask is that you give me whatever your 100% looks like on that day and I promise to do the same for you.
My love for teaching derived from my personal weight loss transformation. I bring my Miami flavor to every spin class. Members who attend my class will be challenged but have fun doing it.
I am all about trying to understand why…and I love teaching fitness because I understand “why” it is so good for you! Aside from the fact that being it helps you look great, you also feel great and can shave years off your biological age. That is why I call it the “fountain of youth”….and this is exactly why I love to teach!

Coming from a sports background, I have always believed in the power of a group of people motivating one another and pushing each other to be the absolute best versions of themselves that they can be. How many times do you get to smile while getting a great work out? The best part of each class is by far are my members. There is a sense of community that is not only fitness oriented, but supportive, accepting, and fun loving.
My students always come ready to ride hard and dig deep. Their hard work and commitment to accepting all my crazy challenges in class brings a smile to my face every time.
I design classes with a focus for balance, flexibility, strength and cardio. I see a lot of people in water with back, knee, shoulder, and hip issues. My goal is to use strength to balance joints to the weak muscles and stretch to lengthen tight muscles. Each workout is designed to help you make improvements. To do so involves listening to your body, and modify in small steps. Miracles happen not by big steps but by daily concerted effort. It’s a lot of little changes.
I like teaching Aqua because I have the opportunity of leading a wide variety of unique individuals to be the best versions of themselves!
I love Aqua classes because you can get a very intense workout, but it can also keep you moving during recovery from an injury or surgery.
